Owner/Founder of Better Timber Flooring. I have a passion for family, innovation and all things wood. I hold a number of Patents in flooring technologies. As an active member and partner of the Australasian Timber Flooring Association (ATFA), I have worked in the timber flooring industry for more than 25 years.

• Promoting an understanding of our customers’ needs and expectation of their timber floors, together with a culture of exceeding customer expectations.
• Developing seamless processes for hardwood flooring installations by fully integrating the timber flooring services provided by our suppliers and partners.
• Monitoring our performance through performance metrics in order to continually improve our hardwood timber flooring installation processes and services.
• Utilizing our ISO 9000 quality management system for all company timber flooring processes everywhere, every time, without exception.
